Insanely FUN! Works beautifully on my Chromebook through the Linux subsystem. I'm playing only with a keyboard, the fact Mario can't die is very helpful here. This is the only platformer I ever played (and finished!) with a keyboard! The quick respawning helps a lot! It's true that this way the game is so much more enjoyable and the design "features" like walking through bricks or enemies sometimes, is just hilarious! The way this game is made, Bowser's behavior, is so hilarious, it's like a mad house in there! But don't get me wrong, I love it!! The graphics and music are very nice, the whole game is well made and does help very much in getting to know the game. I'm currently playing Super Mario Bros. NES Game Builder by AirmanAJK with a gamepad through AntiMicroX on Kubuntu and I'm so stuck on 7-4! So this recreation got me laughing right away and I'm now aware what's ahead, more or less, in world 8! Now I'm planning to play this with a gamepad on Kubuntu. Really fun and relaxing, just hilarious! My only suggestion would be to implement gamepad support with mappable buttons, but AirmanAJK's recreation also needs a keymapper like AntiMicroX, so it's no big deal. It's the fact that these incredible and wonderful recreations have been made that is the most important thing! It's done and we can play and enjoy! Thank you very much developer!!!

The game is easy and nice to play for beginners. but maybe it would be more enjoyful to play if you add more functions. Maybe the character's life should be limited. Also I think the map is bit short, and the mario runs too fast and jump high. The game was excellent for me anyways. Nice game:)Reply from Super Mario Bros Java
